We’re passionate about making a positive impact in the communities where we live and work. We believe in leaving places better than we found them, supporting local people and creating opportunities that last long after a project is finished.
Investing in our communities
Our team all live and work within our region, so giving back comes naturally. Over the years we’ve supported local schools, charities, community groups and events in a variety of ways - from donations and volunteering to hands-on practical help.
Recent examples include:
- £5,000 donation to Crockerne Primary School, helping fund brand-new play equipment for local children.
- Refurbishing therapy space for SARSAS (Somerset & Avon Rape and Sexual Abuse Support), raising funds and awareness for the vital services they provide. Watch the video below.
- Building dementia-friendly planters at allotments in Bristol for Alive Gardening who run therapeutic horticulture sessions for people in the community living with dementia, helping support wellbeing activities in our community.
- Donating laptops and equipment to local schools to help pupils access the resources they need.
- Sponsorship of several grass roots sports teams
With the help of our team, clients, and supply chain partners, we’ve raised over £75,000 for local charities and community organisations.
One of our directors is a hot air balloon pilot and heavily involved in multiple events including the iconic Bristol Balloon Fiesta. He gives up his time voluntarily to help arrange this Bristol event, flies over the skies of Bristol and takes part in the legendary night glow!
Protecting the environment
We’re committed to minimising the environmental impact of our projects and ensuring our work today doesn’t negatively affect future generations. We comply with, and where possible exceed, environmental legislation, and always look for ways to reduce waste, cut carbon and work more sustainably.
