Why us?
Creative Construction was founded seven years ago by a leadership team who had spent many years working across the industry - from tier‑one contractors to local and regional businesses. We gained a huge amount of experience along the way, and for that we’re grateful. But we also saw the parts of the industry that felt stuck: traditional hierarchies, overly rigid processes, and a lack of straight talking.
Rather than accept that as ‘just the way things are’, we decided to do something different.
Creative Construction was set up with a clear ambition: to deliver high‑quality projects, build strong relationships, and run a business that people genuinely enjoy working with - clients, consultants, subcontractors and our own team alike.
Today, the business is led by three partners, bringing together expertise across estimating, commercial management and operations. That balance allows us to take a hands‑on, well‑rounded approach to every project, from early discussions through to delivery on site.
What we do
We’re a main contractor, delivering fit‑outs, refurbishments and new builds across the commercial, industrial, education and healthcare sectors. Our work often takes place in live environments and sensitive settings, where thoughtful planning, clear communication and attention to detail really matter.
