Meet the team

As one of our founders, Marc leads all operational aspects of the business and is the driving force behind our on‑site delivery. With 30 years of construction experience, he brings technical knowledge, practical insight and a solutions‑focused approach that our clients really value.

Marc is responsible for making sure every project runs safely, smoothly and to programme, working closely with our teams, supply chain and clients to maintain the high standards we’re known for. He has a particular strength in building strong relationships on site, ensuring communication is clear and challenges are tackled collaboratively.

Marc has two children and a miniature schnauzer called Rolo! He’s a season ticket holder for Bristol City and a keen supporter of Bristol Bears.

With an exceptional carpentry background spanning over 16 years, Alex can turn his hand to many other finishing trades, so he is very versatile on site. With a keen eye for detail & strong technical foundation he manages complex projects with confirdence.

Outside of work Alex much of his time is spent doing up his home or spending time with his family, he likes fishing and has a love of fast cars!

Gary has worked in the industry since leaving school, beginning his career as an apprentice bricklayer before expanding his skills across drylining, shopfitting and strip‑out works. This broad hands‑on experience has given him a solid understanding of how projects come together on site and naturally led him into site management.

Outside of work, Gary enjoys spending quality time with his family and getting away on holidays. He’s a big football fan and, when time allows, he loves fitting in a round of golf.

Ian is one of our Site Managers. He headed straight into construction after leaving school and spent many years working across a wide range of trades, from road surfacing to decorating and everything in between.

With over 20 years’ site management experience, Ian thrives on the day‑to‑day challenges of delivering projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Ian is a devoted dad to two sons and loves watching them play football. A Bristol City season ticket holder, you’ll usually find him in the South Stand on a Saturday afternoon. Family holidays, dog walks, and the occasional cheeky pint also feature highly in his downtime.

Michael joined our team in 2024 as a Site Manager, bringing with him decades of experience in interior fit‑out and site delivery. He began his career as a wood machinist crafting fitted bedrooms before moving into interior fit‑out and eighteen years ago he progressed into site management, delivering projects across a wide range of sectors. 

Away from work, Michael is an active member of Henllys Rotary Club, raising money and providing support to both local and international charities. He’s happiest outdoors walking his dog Max through the countryside. He’s also a committed supporter of Liverpool, Newport County and Pontypool RFC. He’s in the gym at least four times a week. Michael has two sons and enjoys spending quality time with his family whenever he can.

Pete was the very first person to join Team Creative and we’re still very lucky to have him. A highly experienced Site Manager, he brings over thirty years of construction expertise to the business. Starting out as a carpenter, Pete naturally progressed into site and project management roles, gaining a wealth of experience across a wide range of sectors and project types.

More recently, Pete has led several critical NHS projects for Weston Hospital, working with precision, care and professionalism in live healthcare environments.

Pete enjoys getting out on the water in his canoe, exploring the countryside on long walks, and tending to his honeybees - which means the team is often treated to jars of his very own Somerset honey.

Ben one of our Estimators, responsible for preparing detailed cost plans and tender submissions for projects. His role involves analysing drawings and specifications, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors, assessing project risks and opportunities, and helping to ensure our clients receive accurate, competitive proposals.

With 16 years' experience in the construction industry, Ben began his career in masonry, developing a strong technical understanding and later progressed into residential construction before moving into commercial estimating.

Away from work, you'll usually find him on a rugby pitch (when not sidelined by injury) or at the Memorial Stadium supporting the famous Blue and White Quarters. When sport isn't taking up his time, he enjoys getting away with his family and exploring somewhere new.
