We delivered a full CAT B fit-out of Workman LLP’s office suite in Bristol. We transformed the landlord handover space into a fully operational, modern workplace.

The project required a fast-paced fiveweek programme, M&E integration, and close coordination to meet the client’s move-in date.

• Formation of meeting rooms, team booths, wellbeing room and collaboration spaces
• Installation of glazed partitions, doors and a revised workspace layout
• AC modifications, including two new FCUs and controller installations
• Ventilation checks, balancing and compliance with occupancy requirements
• Revised lighting layouts, data routes and small power adjustments
• Flooring, decorations, kitchenette installation and finishing works
