Following appointment through a competitive tender process, we delivered the replacement of an ageing and failing heating pipework system across a live school campus, alongside the refurbishment of two WC areas within the summer holidays.

The project combined complex infrastructure upgrades with internal refurbishment works, all delivered within a tight programme to ensure the school could return to full operation without disruption.

By carefully managing sequencing, and leveraging our directly employed foreman and in-house interiors team, the programme was accelerated — successfully condensing a 10-week scope of works into the 8-week summer holiday window.
