Overview
We were appointed to refurbish the first floor offices and circulation areas at Unit 1, New Gatton Road in Bristol, delivering a modernised workspace within a live, occupied building.
The unit, occupied by Extract Coffee Roasters, remained fully operational throughout the works, requiring careful coordination to minimise disruption while maintaining day‑to‑day business activities.
The scheme focused on upgrading both the functionality and finish of the space, with a mix of structural adjustments, new services and high‑quality internal and external upgrades.

- Full strip‑out of existing finishes
- Controlled removal of asbestos containing materials
- Installation of new feature and track lighting
- Bespoke balustrading and handrails
- Acoustic wall panelling
- Installation of new LVT flooring throughout
- New WC fit‑out
