Hiscock Accommodation, Bath Spa University

We delivered the refurbishment of the Hiscock Accommodation Building at Bath Spa University’s Newton St Loe campus, upgrading communal kitchen and circulation spaces.

The works were carried out during the summer holiday shutdown and involved the full strip-out and refurbishment of twelve communal kitchen areas, alongside upgrades to corridors and shared spaces. Bespoke kitchens, manufactured and installed by our in-house carpentry team, were a key feature of the scheme.

Careful coordination and efficient delivery ensured all areas were completed and handed back on programme, ready for the return of students.
