Hathaway Retail Park, Chippenham

At Hathaway Retail Park in Chippenham, we delivered a programme of landlord alteration and refurbishment works across multiple retail units.

The projects involved the subdivision of an existing retail unit into two separate lettable spaces and the refurbishment of an additional unit ahead of an incoming tenant fit-out.

Across both schemes, works included significant alterations to the building fabric, upgrades to roofing systems, internal reconfiguration and building services modifications to create flexible, tenant-ready accommodation.

Working within a live retail environment, careful planning and coordination were essential throughout. All works were delivered during normal trading hours, requiring close management of site logistics, access and material movements to minimise disruption to neighbouring occupiers and visitors.
