Greenbridge Retail Park, Swindon

Located at Greenbridge Retail Park on the outskirts of Swindon, this project involved the landlord refurbishment and alteration of an existing retail unit, preparing the property for its incoming tenant fit-out.

We upgraded the building fabric, refreshing the external appearance and returning the internal space to a landlord white-box specification.

Delivered within a live retail environment, careful planning and coordination were required throughout to minimise disruption to neighbouring occupiers and maintain safe operations across the retail park.

• Full refurbishment of the existing roof cladding using a 20-year warranted Sika coating system
• Localised repairs to external cladding and glazing installations
• Full spray-coat decoration of external elevations
• Strip-out and rationalisation of existing mechanical and electrical services
• Removal of previous tenant alterations
• Reinstatement of the unit to a landlord white-box specification, ready for tenant fit-out works
