We completed the new‑build construction of Fivox House within the live commercial environment of Eden Office Park, delivering both the base build and a Category C fit‑out to create a modern, fully operational workspace.

Working to a carefully managed programme, the scheme was delivered on track and completed in 2024.

A key part of the project was the close coordination between the base‑build and interiors packages, allowing the design and delivery teams to integrate structure, services and finishes efficiently while maintaining programme and quality throughout.

• Groundworks package including mass pad foundations and ground beam installation
• Drainage installation & sub‑structure works
• Structural steel frame erection and PCC floor construction
• External envelope including brickwork and insulated cladding systems
• Installation of aluminium windows & doors
• Mechanical and electrical services installation
• Full external works including a 17‑space car park and landscaped areas
• Roof‑mounted solar panels and EV charging provision
• Installation of bespoke joinery, delivered by our specialist in‑house interiors trades
