Charfield Primary School, Charfield

We were appointed to deliver a roofing upgrade at a live primary school, installing a new Bauder felt system overlay with a built-up tapered insulation scheme to improve performance and resolve ongoing issues with the existing roof.

The works included the removal of leaking rooflights and structural infills before installation of the new roofing system.

All works were carried out during term time, requiring careful planning and segregation to ensure the safety of staff, pupils and visitors while maintaining a secure working environment for site operatives.

Following successful delivery of the roofing package, we were appointed on a negotiated basis to undertake additional works across the school, including lighting upgrades and fire safety improvements.
