Overview
We were appointed to deliver the refurbishment of two industrial units at Llantarnam Industrial Estate, upgrading the existing accommodation to create modern, functional spaces ready for
future use.
The works involved a comprehensive strip‑out and reconfiguration of the internal layout, alongside a full upgrade to building services, finishes and the external envelope. The aim was to improve performance and overall presentation while extending the lifespan of the building.
The units were completely refurbished to a high standard, with all services upgraded and certified on completion. We found the service provided by Creative to be good and the project was delivered on time and to the satisfaction of the client. We intend to continue using Creative on future projects.

Scope of work
- Extensive demolition and strip‑out of existing finishes and services
- Removal of internal partition walls to reconfigure the layout
- Full replacement of electrical installations with new fittings and systems
- Internal redecoration throughout
- Installation of new floor coverings across the units
- Replacement roof lights and installation of a new roof overlay to improve thermal performance
- Repair and replacement of damaged cladding
- Full re‑spray of the existing external cladding
- Associated external works to enhance the overall building condition and appearance
